Sanghiang Perkasa (Kalbe  \nNutritionals) di Karawang","title_alt":null,"abstract":"This study was conducted to determine the description of workload, work \nmotivation and job satisfaction of employees and to analyze how much influence \nworkload and work motivation have on employee job satisfaction at PT. \nSanghiang Perkasa. \nThe object of research used in this study were employees of PT. \nSanghiang Perkasa with the research method used is the quantitative method, with \na descriptive and verification approach. The sampling technique used is incidental \nsampling technique. The total sample generated is 100. \nBased on the analysis using SPSS Ver.24 For Windows, the coefficient of \ndetermination is 0.592, meaning that the effect of workload and work motivation \non employee job satisfaction is 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by \nother factors not included in the study. The results of the hypothesis test with the \nt-test showed that the tcount value of 3.330 was greater than ttable 1.989 and the \nsignificance value of 0.001 was less than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there \nis a positive and significant effect on the workload variable on job satisfaction. \nWhile the tcount value of 5,697 is greater than ttable 1,989 with a significance \nvalue of 0.000 less than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and \nsignificant influence on the work motivation variable on job satisfaction.
