KLASIFIKASI JENIS BATIK BERDASARKAN MOTIF MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK (CNN)

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi klasifikasi motif batik menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). CNN secara langsung, menunjukkan bahwa suatu gambar dimasukkan ke dalam jaringan CNN secara langsung, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan beberapa tahap konvolusi dan pooling. Kemudian, hasil penggambaran aktivitas masa lalu akan ditangani di lapisan yang sepenuhnya terkait. Aplikasi disini melakukan pendeteksian dengan cara mengimpor gambar dari dokumen, selanjutnya hasil akurasi disini muncul dengan angka 90,94% berjenis motif batik yang dimana aplikasi tersebut mendapatkan hasil deteksi berdasarkan motifnya. Sistem deteksi penggunaan sabuk pengaman pada pengemudi mobil dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Berdasarkan proses pelatihan menunjukkan nilai presisi sebesar 83%, nilai recall sebesar 90%, nilai f1 score sebesar 89% dan nilai akurasi sebesar 87%. CNN directly, indicates that an image is fed into the CNN network directly, then continues with several stages of convolution and pooling. Then, the results of depicting past activities will be handled in a completely related layer. The application here carries out detection by importing images from documents, then the accuracy results here appear with a figure of 90.94% for the type of batik motif, where the application gets detection results based on the motif. The system for detecting seat belt use in car drivers can be done using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method.
