Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Sanghiang Perkasa (Kalbe Nutritionals) di Karawang

Abstrak

This study was conducted to determine the description of workload, work motivation and job satisfaction of employees and to analyze how much influence workload and work motivation have on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa. The object of research used in this study were employees of PT. Sanghiang Perkasa with the research method used is the quantitative method, with a descriptive and verification approach. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. The total sample generated is 100. Based on the analysis using SPSS Ver.24 For Windows, the coefficient of determination is 0.592, meaning that the effect of workload and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. The results of the hypothesis test with the t-test showed that the tcount value of 3.330 was greater than ttable 1.989 and the significance value of 0.001 was less than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on the workload variable on job satisfaction. While the tcount value of 5,697 is greater than ttable 1,989 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on the work motivation variable on job satisfaction. Based on the correlation test, the resulting multiple correlation coefficient value of 0.770 is included in a strong correlation, indicating that the workload and work motivation variables have an influence on job satisfaction of 77%.
