OPTIMALISASI KUALITAS LAYANAN UMKM BINAAN MELALUI TRANSFORMASI BUDAYA KERJA DI RUMAH BUMN BANDUNG

Abstrak

This research aims to analyze the process of work culture transformation that occurred in the Rumah BUMN Bandung after the appointment of a new CEO and CFO, solving the adaptation strategy of its employees in dealing with the change in work culture, and its implications on optimizing the quality of service provided to the fostered MSMEs. Rumah BUMN Bandung is a center of mentoring, developing and empowering MSMEs. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach method. Where the researcher collects data through observation, interviews and documentation directly to the field. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion verification. The data validity techniques used are credibility tests, using source triangulation techniques, time triangulation, observation extension, and diligence improvement. The results of the research that have been carried out show that process of work culture transformation that occurred at the Rumah BUMN Bandung after the appointment of new leaders gave positive results, after the existence of new leaders brought changes in the aspects of facilities that were widely updated and improved, in creased variability of training programs as well as expansion of stakeholder networks, the process of adaptation strategies faced by its employees was fairly fast do to the intense communication carried out, optimization of the quality of serviced provided to fostered MSMEs after the transformation that occurred resulted in satisfactory outputs for MSME actors as service recipients.
